Connectcut ERT Sub-Committee

The Environmental Review Team subcommittee is a statewide committee made up of members from each RC&D area. There are at least two members from each area plus an alternate if they choose. The subcommittee meets at the discretion of the ERT coordinator, usually about once every two months or as needed. It is the subcommittee that approves or denies requests for ERT reviews based on the information provided on the request form, coordinator input and conservation district recommendations. The subcommittee, in order to review potential projects in a timely manner, may discuss review requests by phone or e-mail, but it is considered best to be able to review plans and maps as a group.

The ERT Subcommittee members include:

John Guszkowski- Eastern CT, representing Working Lands Alliance

Wini Olson- Eastern CT, representing the CT River Estuary Planning Agency

James Sipperly- King’s Mark, representing the Southwest Conservation District

Laurel Stegina- King’s Mark, representing the Town of Guilford

Ruth Klue-  Eastern CT, alternate, representing the North Central Conservation District
