*Update on ERT Funding*
A big thank you to all who contacted their legislators concerning maintaining funding for the Environmental Review Team (ERT) Program, and a thank you to all the legislators that assisted us through the budget process. While our funding did not remain whole, we were able to maintain our line item within DEP with some reductions from an earlier rescission and the Deficit Mitigation bill passed this month. As the budget process continues we may need to call upon our constituents again to contact legislators on our behalf to ask for continued financial support for the ERT Program.
